And he shall be called Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Father of Heaven and Earth, the Creator Of All Things From The Beginning; and his mother shall be called Mary.

King Benjamin taught his people that Jesus who is the Great Creator would one day be born on earth. He also taught them about his earthly mother Mary. Jesus would be born of a Heavenly Father and an earthly mother. Jesus who created both the heavens and the earth, would have both a heavenly and earthly parentage. He is the Son of God and the son of Mary. He is not only the Father of Heaven and Earth, but is also a child of heaven and earth. He is the Creator Of All Things From The Beginning, who was also born into a world he created. He is the connection and intermediary between time and eternity, the spiritual and the physical, and mortality and immortality. He is a sacred temple of connection, power, and transformation.
